Enquiries and personal information
This website has no enquiry form that stores personal information. The selectors prepare a message on your device. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information you provide will be used to answer your enquiry and, if agreed, manage pre-contractual steps and the professional relationship. Information about processing case records will be provided when defining the service.
External channels and retention
WhatsApp and your email provider apply their own terms. Please do not send health records or third-party personal data in your initial contact. Enquiries are retained for the time needed to address them and meet relevant obligations; professional case records have their own retention conditions.
